Job Summary
The Multi-Market Manager will oversee, plan, direct and control all business functions of PGP Title (a Pulte Homes subsidiary company) Settlement/Escrow functions within specific Divisions / Area. Continues to monitor and supervise assigned Branch Office.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • • Contribute to the preparation and maintaining Financial Forecasts, Plans and budgets.
    • Work with AM on Projects and adherence to Company policies, as required.
    • Monitor and Supervise BM/direct reports Settlement/Escrow functions for quality assurance
    • Participate in Market Analysis, including both Title Insurance and Escrow fees.
    • Be available to assist the QA and Legal Departments during annual audits (internal and external)
    • Participate in monthly operation / PGP Area meetings.
    • Set- up and conduct 1 on 1 call with BM/direct reports. These meetings will include KPI metrics: including but not limited to – Builder outlook, volume, financial results, capture results, CQE/NPS results for the prior month, mentor for appreciation or course correction as necessary.
    • Develop and maintain Relationship with Pulte Homes, Pulte Mortgage, PIA and Premier Land Title Insurance Co.
    • Continued updates and communication with Area Manager.

Required Education/Experience

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3-5 years escrow operations experience.

  • Supervisory Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or above.

Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications

  • Notary Public preferred (required in some states)

  • Escrow Officer/Title Producer license may be required

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Specialize in RESPA with understanding of company's underwriting guidelines

  • Understanding of title and settlement rules and regulations

  • Effective communication, presentation, and organization skills

  • Knowledge of real estate law and title escrow curative procedures

SALARY RANGE: $185,000 to $205,000 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
