The Opportunity:
The Multi-Line Broker is responsible for delivering professional, accurate, and efficient service to clients across all Personal Lines and Farm policy activities, with a strong focus on retention. This role involves identifying client needs, educating clients on available insurance products, and promoting the sale of company offerings, while applying strong client relations and cross-selling skills to support retention goals and reinforce a positive company image.
Part-Time opportunity working out of our Gladstone location.
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required
Level 1 licensed; Level 2 license preferred; working toward CAIB designation
3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment is an asset
Strong knowledge covering all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance
Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
Proficiency in windows-based computer systems
