Location: Mumbai RO

Role Purpose

Own quarterly business delivery for assigned modern trade customers by driving execution excellence, building strong customer partnerships, and leading a high­ performing frontline team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver quarterly numbers and execution KPIs

  • Translate Joint Business Plans into flawless on-ground execution

  • Lead customer negotiations on assortment, visibility, and execution levers for your region

  • Partner with Key Account Managers to land central agreements regionally

  • Drive Market Makers portfolio through assisted selling network and regional negotiations

  • Ensure best-in-class in-store execution across availability, sos, planograms, and promotions

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6  MTASes.

  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with Category, Account and Supply Chains to deliver on business goals

  • Leverage market and customer insights to improve execution and growth
