Key Responsibilities
The MSO Growth Development Lead recruits provider practices to join CenterWell IPA Solutions to meet growth targets. The incumbent will partner with key CenterWell Stakeholders through the following ways:
Develop extensive knowledge and understanding of Centerwell’s MSO/IPA offering and corresponding provider and membership growth strategies
Work independently, and with adjacent market leaders, to develop a deep understanding of the local market competitive landscape, understanding the relationships/impacts to Centerwell product portfolio
Leverage quantitative and qualitative input to drive channel growth and help the business consistently achieve related growth targets
Recognize trends that can complement and/or enhance product offerings
Facilitate complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
Provide national and local market leadership teams with key reporting and insights that help drive alignment around growth projections
Collaborates across teams to provide meaningful input to drive strategic decisions around program design, contracting efforts and capital deployment
Maintaining a focus on the ultimate objective of creating and fostering provider partnerships that are hyper focused on succeeding in a value-based setting through improving patient health outcomes
**Note: We are targeting candidates that reside in Richmond, VA area.
Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement and/or provider contracting
Must have extensive value-based care (VBC) knowledge
Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing key insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
Proven ability to cultivate relationships and create partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations
Extensive knowledge of local market provider landscape
Motivated self-starter that can independently develop a growth pipeline and execute provider agreements that drive our programs towards success
Outcomes focused individual that thrives on outperforming against quantifiable goals
Experience working across a segmented business to align partners towards a common goal
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external business leaders
Must be able to independently build sales channels and support business area goals

Additional Information
Remote Role
Preferred that incumbent reside in Richmond, VA area.
Role requires incumbent meet with physicians in Tidewater, VA area, based on business need. Amount of travel can vary; anticipating at least one meeting per month.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
