Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project & Program Leadership
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of complex, cross-functional projects and programs aligned with business strategy and transformation objectives.
- Apply advanced project management methodologies and industry best practices to deliver large-scale programs on schedule, within scope, and budget.
- Own end-to-end program governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level escalation.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes and competitive advantage.
- Assembly & Test Operations Expertise
- Leverage hands-on experience in assembly & test (A&T) operations to inform project planning, resource optimization, and operational improvements.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to align PMO initiatives with A&T operational priorities and constraints.
- Translate operational insights into actionable project strategies that enhance productivity, yield, and efficiency.
- AI & Digital Transformation
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI technologies (including Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation) to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives that leverage AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and automation to transform business processes.
- Mentor team members on AI tools and digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Process Stewardship & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a senior process steward for business planning and project management activities, ensuring governance, compliance, and adoption of best practices.
- Lead diagnostics, define strategic goals/KPIs, and drive enterprise-wide improvement opportunities.
- Establish and optimize business processes, frameworks, and standards to elevate PMO maturity.
- Performance, Metrics & Reporting
- Design and manage executive-level dashboards and performance reporting using advanced digital tools.
- Drive accountability for site and organizational KPIs, including cost optimization, operational excellence, and transformation metrics.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication
- Lead structured dialogues and influence cross-functional senior stakeholders to drive program success and alignment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing visibility into program health, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Represent the PMO in executive forums and steering committees.
- Collaboration, Culture & Mentorship
- Collaborate with internal and external partners at senior levels to optimize strategies, resources, and partnerships.
- Mentor and coach junior PMO team members, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Champion integration into company culture and drive engagement through leadership, recognition, and team-building initiatives.

Requirements:
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field and MBA is a must.
- Experience
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on assembly & test (A&T) operations within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a must
- Proven track record in leading strategy and transformation initiatives that delivered measurable business results.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant budget and organizational impact.
- Technical & Functional Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, PMP certification is a must
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, RPA, or intelligent automation in business or operational contexts is a must
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Python, Power BI, advanced analytics platforms, or similar technologies is a must
- Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and operational excellence frameworks.
- Track record of successfully implementing AI/digital solutions in an operational environment.
