Director, Global Marketing Services Product Enablement
Overview
Marketing Services is a strategic growth pillar for Mastercard, delivering innovative solutions that combine data, technology, and creativity to drive measurable outcomes for clients worldwide. Focused on scaling globally, this team provides end-to-end marketing solutions across acquisition, engagement, spend optimization, and portfolio management.
Within the Services organization, this role sits in the Global Marketing Services Product team, responsible for ensuring our products are market-ready and commercially successful. In this role, the Director will lead MS Product Enablement, creating the tools, content, and processes that empower sales and delivery teams to position and deliver Marketing Services products effectively. This individual will partner closely with Product Managers, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, B2B Marketing Services, Advisors Client Services, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between product vision and enablement priorities.

Role
• Act as an advocate and subject matter expert for Marketing Services products globally.
• Lead enablement efforts by creating high-impact materials such as:
o One-pagers (product overview, technical review, value proposition)
o Sales decks and collateral tailored to buyer personas
o Demo views and walkthroughs showcasing product capabilities
o FAQs and objection-handling guides
o Statement of Work (SOW) templates for Marketing Services products
• Drive product readiness by partnering with Product Managers and Creative Ops to ensure messaging consistency and asset governance.
• Define and manage the content lifecycle (creation, localization, updates, retirement) and ensure compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
• Develop structured training and certification programs for internal teams and external partners to validate product knowledge and readiness.
• Establish feedback loops from sales and delivery teams to continuously improve enablement materials and processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to align enablement content with broader campaigns and positioning.
• Define KPIs for enablement (pipeline conversion, win-rate uplift, attach rates) and report ROI to leadership.
• Communicate strategy and vision effectively across all levels of the organization.



All About You
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing Services, Product Marketing, or Enablement roles within data-driven or digital-first organizations.
• Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and enablement across B2B/B2C contexts.
• Strong understanding of Martech, analytics, and creative operations models.
• Proven experience creating enablement materials and frameworks for global product launches.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
