The opportunity:
We are seeking a digital automation tools specialist to join our team and lead the development of internal applications and process automations using the Microsoft 365 platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, etc.) or similar applications. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing digital tools that increase the efficiency of data collection and management processes, ensuring better data organization and preparing the department to leverage advanced solutions such as AI and Copilot. The ideal candidate will work closely with our multicultural team to identify opportunities for automation, deliver user-friendly solutions, and drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
How you’ll make an impact:
Develop, implement, and maintain internal applications and automation using PowerApps, PowerAutomate or similar tools.
Analyze and map internal processes to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
Design solutions that improve data collection, organization, and maintenance.
Collaborate with multicultural teams to understand needs and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions tools.
Ensure integration and smooth operation of Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Train and support colleagues in the adoption and use of new tools and automations.
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in developing solutions with PowerApps and automations with PowerAutomate, Sharepoint and similar tools.
Proficiency in core Office 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.). Experience with security and permission.
Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. Strong teamwork skills, especially in multicultural environments.
Proactivity, creativity, and results-oriented mindset. Previous experience in digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
