YOU
As the Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the inventory system and supply room, as well as supporting the facilities and maintenance teams with ordering parts and supplies. You will use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to issue inventory items to work orders, create and update part locations, and order new parts as needed. This position works a Monday - Friday shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Manage and organize inventory in supply room via Maintenance Connection Software to ensure all necessary parts are on hand to run the equipment and facility. Process work orders as needed and run necessary usage reports for MRO and maintenance department. (40%)
Create and issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors. (25%)
Directing the MRO Attendants on their daily work load. (20%)
Drive continuous improvement into the area through effective PDCA utilizing an MDI board. (10%)
Support the production staff and assist with projects and other duties as needed. (5%)

TRAVEL REQUIRED
This job requires less than 5% domestic travel.
WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Gallatin, TN.
RELOCATION
Relocation is not available for this position.
PAY
$25.29 - $40.48 / hour
