Role Overview

To administratively support the Commercial processes in the broadest sense of the word, and process/complete daily transactional requirements linked to each unit receipted into the business.

What you will do:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing of customer purchase orders
  • SAP Data Entry
  • Contract Review execution
  • OTD Management and Exchanges
  • Generation of customer Pricing and Quotation
  • Invoicing of customer orders
  • Administrative transactions relating to the above activities
  • Resolution of queries relating to the above activities
  • Credit and Debit Notes where required.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in a Customer Facing role

Administrative accuracy and efficiency

Experience dealing with customer purchase orders and/or contracts

Attention to detail

Proactive work approach

Ability to work within a Team

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Certificates and customer requirements, general regulations of military and civil authorities.

General import and export regulations for EU and US, Texport.

Computer systems: SAP, Word, Excel

Compliance with quality policies as contained in procedures and quality manuals.

Desirable Skills and Experience

·         Commercial acumen

·         Interacting within a large Organisation

·         SAP knowledge

·         Understanding of orderbook management.
