The Role
Entegris is currently seeking an experienced MRB Coordinator to join our Inventory Control team. This position will be based in our Burnet, TX facility.
In this role, you will:
As an MRB Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing nonconforming material processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate MRB activities by reviewing, documenting, and processing nonconforming materials in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain) to determine disposition of nonconforming materials, implement corrective actions and to ensure timely disposition/closure.
Maintain accurate records of MRB transactions in ERP systems, ensuring timely updates and compliance with documentation standards.
Perform material movements and processing of orders based on disposition direction to include physical movement.
Maintain inventory segregation, tracking and overall management of nonconforming materials.
Support audits and inspections by providing MRB documentation and ensuring adherence to ISO and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material handling processes.
What We Seek
Experience: Minimum 3 years in MRB coordination, quality control, or inventory management in a manufacturing setting (chemical industry preferred).
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Quality, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (MM/QM modules), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of NCMR processes, material handling, and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100 preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Shift Information: This is a full-time, M-F on-site role at the Burnet, TX facility. Standard day shift with occasional overtime as business needs require.
Preferred:
Forklift experience
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with hazardous material handling and chemical safety protocols.
