Job Description

The Mail Process Operations Center (MPOC) Coordinator I is responsible for providing effective and efficient mail processing service to internal clients across the US.


What will you do in the Mail Process Operations Center Coordinator I role?

•    Accept daily USPS mail which includes opening, sorting, scanning and filing.
•    Ensure all mailings are accounted for and accurately updated into the system.
•    General administrative duties as needed (i.e., copying, typing, data entry, filing, etc.).
•    Reviews, verifies, processes, and digitally files Visa approvals and work authorizations for applicants.
•    Use and navigate our immigration and optical character recognition software to identify and extract data to automate mail processing.
•    Create shipping labels and coordinate with applicants to ship original documents. 
•    Meets SLAs directed by Manager and Client Teams and communicate status/issues to supervisor.

The requirements of the Mail Process Operations Center Coordinator I will include:

•    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
•    Skilled in a variety of technology tools, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
•    Ability to think critically and problem solve.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Demonstrate flexibility to handle varied assignments.
•    Ability to provide information and respond to requests with courtesy and tact.
•    Must be a team player as well as self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace.
