Position Summary
The 2nd Shift Supervisor – High Purity is responsible for leading and overseeing evening shift operations to ensure production, quality, and safety standards are achieved. This role drives accountability, team performance, and adherence to Mott’s operational and compliance requirements. The Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees to meet performance expectations
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and High Purity manufacturing standards
  • Monitor production schedules, performance metrics, and operational output
  • Address and resolve operational challenges in real time
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $37,500.00 - $56,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
