We are looking for a strong Motion Designer to join our Brand Creative team to bring stories to life through videos, dynamic motion graphics, and animations that will enhance the brand and drive impact across marketing channels. Your work will span brand campaigns, organic social, and internal content, helping CLEAR communicate with clarity across every channel. What you'll do:

• Edit and produce video content that aligns with CLEAR’s brand guidelines for Brand, Social, and Product campaigns
• Design and animate graphics, text, and transitions for digital and social content
• Create platform-specific assets and templates, adapting deliverables to fit formats and trends across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create animations, interactions, and motion for Product interaction (in-airport hardware, mobile app, web and desktop applications)
• Partner with designers, Product Managers, and Marketers to develop concepts and execute ideas that are optimized for performance and engagement
• Ability to shoot video and social-first content and understand framing, lighting, and composition
• Stay fluent in emerging motion, AI, and editing. Explore ways to integrate new and emerging tools for efficiency and creative experimentation
• Create templates and build motion design systems that scale across surfaces

 

How you'll measure success:

• Consistently deliver high-quality videos and animations to create more premium experiences that uphold CLEAR’s brand guidelines and meet project deadlines 
• Execute against Product and Marketing strategies to help drive Member growth
• Support brand and campaign launches with best-in-class video content that contributes to overall campaign performance goals
• Drive measurable growth on paid marketing channels and increase engagement across social platforms, resulting in higher conversion and retention rates
• Leverage AI and automation tools for creative experimentation and reduce turnaround time, while maintaining a high level of craft and quality.

 

What you're great at:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation, ideally in an in-house brand or agency.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of work across editing, motion graphics, and design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Cinema4D, Blender, or other 3D tools
• Working knowledge of AI and GenAI tools for concept development, and image/video creation
• Experience designing and animating for social-first content and adapting creative across formats
• Understanding of shooting principles (composition, lighting, camera movement) with an eye for detail and craft 
• Ability to storyboard or concept visuals to communicate ideas clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and execute in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
