As a MOSA Partner for Converged Communications, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced communication solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting Microsoft customers under the Microsoft Outsourced Services Agreement (MOSA) framework. You will leverage your technical expertise to manage strategic relationships and ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence while being a critical technical resource for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key technical resource for customers, delivering proactive services such as educational workshops, assessments, and expert guidance.
Collaborate within a highly motivated team of leading industry experts.
Train customers and share industry and development expertise.
Build strong customer relationships, aligning deliveries with customer projects and milestones.
Engage in continual learning and professional development.
Analyze and solve complex problems.
Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications.
Assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to bolster technical team readiness.
Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
Consistently cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with customers to earn their trust.
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Microsoft Intune, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and endpoint management.
Proficiency in system health monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Hands-on experience managing and monitoring Windows environments using Microsoft Intune and SCOM.
Fluent in French and English (oral and written communication).
Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
