As a MOSA Partner for Converged Communications, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced communication solutions under the Microsoft Outsourced Services Agreement (MOSA) framework. You will support Microsoft customers with your technical expertise, provide proactive services, and manage strategic relationships to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key technical resource for customers.

  • Deliver proactive services such as educational workshops, assessments, and expert guidance.

  • Work collaboratively within a highly motivated team of industry experts.

  • Train customers, sharing industry and development expertise.

  • Build strong customer relationships, ensuring project alignments.

  • Participate in continual learning and professional growth.

  • Analyze problems effectively.

  • Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications.

  • Assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products, supporting technical team readiness.

  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities.

  • Consistently cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with customers to earn their trust.

  • Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.

  • Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Teams Meetings & Live Events, Teams Phone Calling Plans, and related technologies.

  • Deep understanding of Teams Voice architecture.

  • Experience with migrations to Microsoft Teams, including Phone and Rooms.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Teams Phone and media optimization.

  • Proven track record in supporting customer digital transformation, delivering enterprise-grade Teams solutions.

  • Experience in delivering proactive services like workshops and technical assessments.

  • Fluent in both French and English (oral and written communication).

  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
