Your role

•            Coordinate the laboratory team to ensure a consistent and efficient flow supporting production.

•            Act as a key interface with Sales, Production, and external customers during inspections and audits.

•            Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality across manufacturing processes.

•            Oversee all quality-related equipment used in final testing and production, ensuring reliability and compliance.

•            Monitor daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

•            Ensure effective cross-functional communication, facilitating root cause analysis and timely issue resolution.

•            Support and participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.

About you

•            Proven experience in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing environment within an industrial/production setting.

•            Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, root cause analysis)

•            Experience in dealing with different teams, with the ability to drive performance and accountability.

•            Solid knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.

•            Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions

•            Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work directly on the shop floor and identify improvement opportunities.
