The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

With leading market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients’ business, and leveraging the Bank’s product, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customized to meet the specific requirements of each individual client.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively driving sales coverage of Money Market products, repo and security lending, to the France institutional client base.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client base and their needs, and delivering the full suite of Money Market products.
  • Grow DBs market share with the client base.
  • Partnering with Rates trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product to drive product development and innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Helping with the development of more junior team members.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income and especially short-term funding markets.
  • A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients.
  • Proven track record covering French institutional clients.
  • Deep knowledge across the Rates product suite (including their derivatives).
  • Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements.
  • Driven and dedicated to help the team succeed.
