 Key Expected Achievements:

Qualifications:

Must have Associates Degree in MET, Mechatronics, or similar mechanical curriculum OR 3 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance OR Military Experience in a maintenance discipline.

• Application of the safety instructions and of the technical referential.

• Conformity of moulds reception and expertise at the end of curing campaign and of moulds maintenance after expertise.

• Good preparation and maintenance of mould (cleaning, repair,preventive, assembly in press... )  to cure a conform envelope.

• Effectiveness of all interventions (RFT, optimized time, …)

• Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of parts and supplies, ...)

- Must pass entry level skills assessment in the craft relevant to the open position

- Must be able to pass a Company physical and drug screen         

- Starting salary $34.28 /Hr. with a shift premium of $2.00/Hr. when assigned to a rotating crew.
