The Role and Impact: As a Module Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in Intel's high-volume manufacturing efforts, driving the mass production of integrated circuits and contributing significantly to device miniaturization. You will own critical manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring operational excellence and technological advancements that shape the future of semiconductor production. Key Responsibilities: - Own the operation, maintenance, and optimization of high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to meet safety, quality, cost, productivity, and defect reduction goals. - Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and defectivity across process lines, ensuring consistent production quality. - Recommend and implement modifications to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques to improve production efficiencies and product output. - Grow in-situ manufacturing capacity to high volumes, demonstrate technological capability, and transfer knowledge to manufacturing sites worldwide. - Lead the execution of equipment installation, conversion, and qualification activities during factory ramps to ensure tools are installed safely, on time, and meet all quality/matching criteria. - Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems and detect discrepant material or activities within equipment and processes. - Partner with equipment suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing equipment performance and reliability. - Participate in cross-site technology transfers through training and audits to ensure matched processing across global locations. - Own process development and align efforts with high-volume process nodes for optimal production outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines. - 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1 years with a Master's degree in a relevant field. - Proficiency in analog/mixed signal testing, equipment monitoring, and statistical process control techniques. - Knowledge of design of experiments (DOE) principles and disciplined execution in manufacturing environments. - Experience with semiconductor equipment and process control methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements and manufacturing innovations. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within diverse teams and across functions. - Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives in equipment installation, qualification, and ramping processes. - Familiarity with excursion management and manufacturability principles. - Passion for driving continuous improvement and optimizing performance metrics.
