What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role will be focused on managing and securing the mobile devices across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience working with mobile device management (MDM) platforms and enterprise mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Device Management: Administer and support MDM/EMM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platforms) for seamless device provisioning, monitoring, and compliance across multiple platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Security Implementation: Implement security policies, including device encryption, secure email, VPN, and authentication methods to protect mobile data.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support for end-users by diagnosing and resolving mobile device-related issues. Ensure quick resolution of incidents related to devices, apps, and user access.
  • Configuration & Deployment: Manage the configuration and deployment of mobile devices, including initial setup, app management, and distribution via MDM platforms.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Perform regular audits and monitor mobile device usage for compliance with internal security practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., network, infrastructure, and security) to ensure smooth integration of mobile device management with other systems and services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends, security threats, and best practices. Recommend enhancements and improvements to the organization’s mobility management strategies.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 5-7 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
