As a Mobility Reward Analyst (MRA) focused on Advisory & Innovation, you will hold a dual role. In your capacity as Advisory Analyst, you will work on Mobility cases maintaining a holistic view to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless execution by connecting the dots between various stakeholders, business functions and external players such as providers and authorities.
In your second capacity you will work as an innovation catalyst with the clear goal to bring innovation to the Mobility Area of Practice to increase operational efficiency and customer experience through the implementation and optimization of technology and extending the use of AI. You will collect needs from the team, create proposals for prioritization and then work closely with the respective Process Owners, Technology Product Owners and the Mobility leadership team to drive the prioritized proposal to completion.
The opportunity:
As a Mobility Reward Analyst (MRA) focused on transferees, you will be instrumental in managing the entire relocation lifecycle of a dedicated transferee population. This role encompasses the responsibility of guiding assignees throughout the entire lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on assignment and post assignment support.
Responsibilities in the Mobility Reward Analyst capacity:
Manage dedicated assignee population and assignment operations throughout the assignment lifecycle.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and initiate vendor services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Mobility Reward Partners (MRPs) for case setup and handover.
Consult and provide guidance on policies and processes, acting as an escalation point and expert on Global Mobility topics.
Utilize APro checklists, SNOW reports and other tools to manage each lifecycle event and maintain accurate reporting of progress and KPIs.
Responsibilities in the Innovation Catalyst capacity:
Identify Innovation opportunities: Focus on innovation that aims to enhance operational efficiency and / or assignee experience while being cost effective for the organization
Prepare Innovation proposals: collect the necessary data to draft a case for an investment into innovation, following the defined Agile Prioritization process; create a roadmap of potential innovations together with the Technology Product Owners; align the proposal with relevant stakeholders; present your proposals in the quarterly prioritization meetings
Lead Innovation implementations: Set up and lead the initiatives to implement prioritized innovations; collaborate and partner with additional stakeholders (e.g. Mobility Reward Partners) on complex initiatives; keep relevant stakeholders updated regularly on the process of the initiatives, proactively highlighting challenges or potential delays
Ensure transition and Innovation adoption: Develop training and materials for end users; encourage safe-space adoption by supporting experimentation and co-creation of the respective innovation; ensure innovations are transferred into Business as Usual; consider longer-term adoption mechanisms within the team; work with Process and Product Owners to define measurable metrics / KPIs
Who you are:
Strong command of both written and spoken English (other languages are a plus)
Minimum of 5 years in Global Mobility in mobility client consulting or assignment management, either in-house or with a service provider with experience in process management
Strong background in HR technology implementations having led at least one global implementation project
Experience with Agile Project Management, experience with Mobility technology (e.g. Equus) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes and interconnecting systems, visualizing the 'big picture.' and driving for innovation
Strong dedication to client satisfaction, adhering to established CX Metrics and commitment to actively drive continuous improvement
