Data Monetization Strategy & Execution

  • Support in defining the enterprise-wide data monetization strategy. Bring an “art of the possible” mindset to interpreting the business’s capabilities, identifying the gaps, and building new capabilities to support business goals, brand strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Identify and prioritize monetizable data assets and use cases across Mobility.

  • Define the partner ecosystem strategy, identifying when and how to work with external/internal partners.

  • Lead cross-functional implementation of monetization strategies for Shell’s loyalty and transaction data, ensuring they are compliant, privacy-safe, and value-generating.

  • Translate strategic gaps into growth programs that deliver measurable benefits to Shell corporate, wholesalers, dealers, and customers.

Value Realization & Measurement

  • Identify, support, and build business use cases and financial models to quantify the value of data initiatives.

  • Track and report on monetization KPIs, ensuring alignment with revenue and ROI targets.

  • Ensure data governance and brand safety, maintaining Shell’s standards for trust, transparency, and customer protection across all monetization efforts.

Innovation & Analytics

  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and real-time data platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging data technologies to support innovation and competitive advantage.

What you bring

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than the current employer

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
