We are looking for a Mobile Service Mechanic/Technician!
The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and maintenance at customer locations, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, adaptability, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality service in a mobile environment. This individual will utilize their skills to diagnose and resolve automotive issues swiftly.

Some of what you will do:
- Travel to customer and on-site locations to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and warranty recall services.
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in line with Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform authorized repairs on-site
- Be knowledgeable and skilled in performing all available warranty recalls remotely.
- Occasionally service multiple vehicles in one location and coordinate with external dealers/facilities to streamline repairs.
- Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements

- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and basic sales aptitude preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to perform repairs in one or more of the following areas:
- Lube and Maintenance Services
- Engine Repair
- Suspension/Steering Repair
- Brake Repair
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Previous mobile service experience preferred
