The DX Engineering Group's Mobile Coordinator Team within the Solution Engineering Department specifically provides comprehensive mobile environment services that allow customers to work with peace of mind. This includes initial setup and kitting services for smartphones, tablets, and PCs, as well as requirements definition, construction, and operational support for post-implementation help desks. We also offer consulting for mobile security solutions such as MDM.

Position Details

■ Job Summary
The main tasks involve conducting interviews and defining requirements for mobile and tablet kitting services and help desk services for corporate clients. Additionally, we provide consulting for security solutions, including MDM, to form a platform for corporate mobile utilization.

■ Job Details
1. Customer Issue Interview & Requirements Definition
・Interview corporate customers to understand current challenges and needs regarding mobile device utilization.
・Detailed understanding of usage purpose, usage environment, number of employees, and security requirements.
・Based on interview content, define implementation requirements for optimal solutions (kitting, help desk, MDM, etc.).

2. Provision of Kitting Services

・Support for selecting devices (smartphones, tablets) based on customer requirements.
・Initial device setup (OS version upgrade, initial setup).
・Installation, configuration, and license management of specified applications.
・Security settings (password policies, device encryption, VPN settings, etc.).
・Device registration and profile application to MDM.
・Individual management (linking asset management numbers, user information, etc.).
・Packaging and shipping arrangements for kitted devices.
・Creation and management of kitting procedures and configuration information.

3.Help Desk Function Construction & Operational Support
・Requirements definition for help desk system tailored to customer organization and scale (first-line support, second-line support, escalation flow, etc.).
・Analysis of inquiries after operation and proposal of improvements.
・Regular reporting of operational status.

4. MDM Implementation Support Consulting
・Definition of MDM functional requirements (security policies, application distribution, loss prevention measures, remote wipe, etc.).
・MDM environment design and construction (tenant creation, group settings, profile creation).
・Integration settings between MDM and existing systems (Active Directory, SSO, etc.).
・Operator training and manual creation for MDM administrators.
・Operational support after MDM implementation and proposal of periodic setting reviews.

5. Other Ancillary Tasks
・Project planning, progress management, and issue management.
・Administrative tasks such as creating quotations.
・Coordination with internal departments (sales, development, support, etc.).
・Information gathering and self-study on new technologies and products.

Mandatory Qualifications:
・Experience in proposing and implementing IT solutions for corporations.
・Practical experience in kitting services.
・Experience in help desk construction and operation.
・Experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management) implementation and operation.
・Basic knowledge of mobile devices.
・Customer negotiation and communication skills.
・Documentation skills.
