***This position is for a Mobile Building Operator in the GTA West, Ontario***
About the role
As a Mobile Building Operator within our REMS Team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing, HVAC system monitoring, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and building automation systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are always responsive. You may also be working on capital improvement projects and continuing to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.
You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group.
You work with minimal supervision and bring your technical expertise to a high-performing team.
You are comfortable working with technology and look for innovative ways to improve processes.
What you’ll bring
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
BES 1&2 Certification
Valid Ontario driver’s license.
Government security clearance may be required.
Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks.
Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
