Project Description
The project is a cutting-edge GenAI sales assistant. You will be instrumental in researching, modeling, and building AI-driven features that power intelligent, personalized user interactions. The work spans NLP- and LLM-based model development, deployment, optimization, and continuous performance improvement in production environments.

What You'll Do
- Develop, train, and deploy ML and AI models with a strong focus on NLP and language understanding;
- Write production-grade Python code and deploy AI systems to production;
- Build, iterate, and optimize models using PyTorch and related frameworks;
- Productionize models in AWS, including GPU-accelerated workloads;
- Implement intelligent guardrails to protect users, products, and customers;
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and stakeholders;
- Explore and apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning;
- Define and track meaningful performance metrics for AI-powered features;
- Maintain documentation and actively share knowledge;
- Respond to ML system alerts during working hours;
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, including deploying models to production;
- Strong proficiency in production-grade Python;
- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn);
- Solid background in NLP, including embeddings, LLMs, entity and intent recognition;
- Experience with agentic AI and RAG;
- Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI or Django;
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECR) and GPU acceleration;
- Understanding of microservices-based system design;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
