Project Description
The project is a cutting-edge GenAI sales assistant. You will be instrumental in researching, modeling, and building AI-driven features that power intelligent, personalized user interactions. The work spans NLP- and LLM-based model development, deployment, optimization, and continuous performance improvement in production environments.

What You'll Do
- Develop, train, and deploy ML and AI models with a strong focus on NLP and language understanding
- Write production-grade Python code and deploy AI systems to production
- Build, iterate, and optimize models using PyTorch and related frameworks
- Productionize models in AWS, including GPU-accelerated workloads
- Implement intelligent guardrails to protect users, products, and customers
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Explore and apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning
- Define and track meaningful performance metrics for AI-powered features
- Maintain documentation and actively share knowledge
- Respond to ML system alerts during working hours
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, including deploying models to production
- Strong proficiency in production-grade Python
- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Solid background in NLP, including embeddings, LLMs, entity and intent recognition
- Experience with agentic AI and RAG
- Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECR) and GPU acceleration
- Understanding of microservices-based system design
- Excellent communication skills
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
