THE JOB:
Join the magic of the stage as a Showroom Usher for the breathtaking "Michael Jackson ONE" by Cirque du Soleil! Immerse yourself in an iconic experience that celebrates the King of Pop's legendary music and artistry. As a Showroom Usher, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment as they embark on a journey through Michael Jackson's timeless legacy.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.9963 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet and engage with guests, delivering exceptional SHOW Service to enhance the guest experience
- Create memorable "WOW" moments for all guests
- Show guests to their seats and assist with their needs
- Oversee guest entry and exit at the doors
- Monitor guest behavior during the show, including photography and disruptions
Showroom Details:
- Hours of Operation:
- 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM daily
- Expected shifts will be 6 hours with an average of 30 hours per week
- (May work before/after these times for opening and closing procedures)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent
- One (1) year of previous guest service experience
- Previous theatre or box office experience with the use of two way radios preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
