Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of an integrated fundraising team, this role plays a key part in enabling World Vision UK to honour its organisational commitment to living out our Christian faith and calling with boldness and humility. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering weekly, seasonal, and annual Faith at Work activities, aligned with both World Vision’s organisational calendar and the Christian calendar. In addition, the postholder provides project and operational support to the Ministry Development Team, including volunteer engagement, team marketing and communications, and administrative and coordination support.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Lead and develop World Vision UK’s Faith at Work offering, delivering key staff events that support colleagues to live out their faith with boldness and humility.
Plan and coordinate World Vision UK’s weekly staff devotions, working with external and internal contributors across the organisation.
Manage the planning and delivery of World Vision UK’s Day of Prayer, in collaboration with colleagues across WVUK, World Vision International (UK‑based staff), and Vision Fund International.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of other key faith‑based events, including the Christmas Carol Service and moments across the Christian calendar (e.g. Lent, Easter, Advent).
Provide project and operational support to the Ministry Development Team, including monthly marketing and communications to churches, volunteer engagement, and team administration and coordination.
