About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the Role
The Minibar Attendant is responsible for the replenishment, transportation, and control of minibar items in guest rooms. This operational role focuses on efficiently bringing and removing minibar products from guest rooms, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring minibar presentation meets hotel standards.
What You Will Do
• Replenish, restock, and remove minibar items from guest rooms according to established standards and par levels.
• Transport minibar products, beverages, and supplies between storage areas and guest rooms.
• Accurately record minibar consumption and ensure correct posting of charges.
• Check minibar units for cleanliness, order, and functionality; report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage and service areas.
• Ensure proper stock rotation, expiration date control, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure rooms are serviced efficiently.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transporting minibar items.
• Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently.
• Service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Previous experience in minibar, housekeeping, or hotel operations is an advantage.
Work Experience
1–2 years of experience in a similar operational hotel role preferred.
Education
Professional / Technician qualification preferred.
Languages
Spanish required.
Basic English preferred.

Schedule & Hours
Seasonal contract, full time (40 hours per week), with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
