As our next Millwright, you’ll be responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You’ll ensure safe and efficient operations while supporting continuous improvement and quality systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Read diagrams and schematics to determine work procedures
Install and assemble industrial machinery using hand and power tools
Operate hoisting/lifting devices for machinery setup and repair
Inspect equipment for malfunctions and perform adjustments or repairs
Fabricate parts using lathes, grinders, and welding equipment
Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication
Train new hires and apprentices
Ensure compliance with Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Systems
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
College degree or Trade School Certification
3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and basic math
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, crawling)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods on foot
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
Familiarity with SPS, 5S, and Continuous Improvement (CI) practices
