Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage indirect and program budgets.
Oversee cost control and ensure financial performance.
Coordinate business resource planning and tracking with corporate entities.
Serve as a liaison between business groups and Corporate Program Finance.
Ensure financial and programmatic controls and cost/schedule checks and balances.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis for management review.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Manage supplier performance and relationships
Qualifications You Must Have:
Currently serving as ACTIVE DUTY military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or a related field.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections.
Strong understanding and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Advanced knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.
Proficiency with financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management.
Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures.

Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.
Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.
May require occasional travel for training or meetings.
