The Opportunity
Develops and executes the annual Operational Plan within assigned areas of operation to assist Military Affairs and the enterprise in meeting business goals and objectives. Independently performs complex work assignments and problem resolution that build relationships with outside organizations, increases USAA branding opportunities, enhances relations with members and prospects, and develops and implements outreach programs to select market segments. Leads the development and execution of initiatives that create a favorable image of USAA and its full range of products and services. Incumbents may be required to travel both locally and on extended overnight trips at a minimum of 120 days per year, which may include weekends.
We are seeking a Military Affairs Representative Mid-level Navy with extensive staff and leadership experience at a major military command or higher headquarters. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of military leadership structures and installation functions, as well as active-duty Navy and Naval Reserve Forces programs. This position requires the ability to work weekends and long hours, with at least 120 days of travel per year. Additionally, candidates should have experience in military community engagement, program development, and advocacy.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $69.920-$133,620.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
