The Role

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and messaging issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize integration time and system reliability.
Document integration processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices for middleware management.

Specific Technologies:
Middleware Technologies TIBCO Suite, Confluent Kafka,Tuxedo along with Weblogic, Websphere, Tomcat

Required Skills & Technologies:
1-2 years of Hands-on experience with TIBCO Suite and Confluent Kafka.
Proficiency in managing and supporting middleware platforms: Weblogic, Websphere, Tuxedo, Tomcat.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in integration environments.
Understanding of messaging architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
