Why this role exists:

This role exists to keep our internal IT environment stable, secure, and friction-free so teams can focus on building products instead of dealing with technical disruptions.
You’ll help us maintain a reliable workplace infrastructure by ensuring that devices, networks, meeting rooms, and internal services run smoothly for everyone across the office.

What you’ll work on:

You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the company’s workplace infrastructure in the Kyiv office. This includes endpoint devices, local networks, meeting room systems, and internal IT services used by employees.

The role combines hands-on technical support with ownership of workplace systems and asset management, ensuring everything from laptops to conference room technology works reliably.
Complexity comes from supporting a fast-moving environment with multiple internal tools, integrations, and a growing number of users.

What you’ll drive:

Workplace infrastructure & reliability

  • Maintain and support office infrastructure including printers, Wi-Fi networks, meeting room equipment, and endpoint devices.
  • Monitor LAN connectivity and troubleshoot network issues to ensure stable office operations.
  • Maintain meeting room systems (TVs, AppleTV, HDMI, AirTame, Zoom Room, Jabra devices, projectors) and ensure they remain fully functional.
  • Manage and update cable setups and hardware installations across office workspaces.

Device lifecycle & user support

  • Prepare and configure laptops and peripherals for new employees, internal transfers, and replacements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and macOS environments.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Process offboarding activities including device wiping and access removal to ensure data security.

IT systems & infrastructure support

  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
  • Support OS deployment processes and system updates using tools such as MDT and WDS.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN access and internal connectivity issues.
  • Support security tools including antivirus deployment and endpoint protection policies.

Asset management & operations

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT equipment including stock, deployed devices, and incoming hardware.
  • Coordinate delivery and transfer of IT equipment between users, service centers, and offices.
  • Keep server rooms, service desk areas, and hardware storage organized and documented.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for printers, meeting rooms, and network infrastructure.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience in Service Desk, IT Support, or similar roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows (Windows 10 / Windows Server) and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user/group management, policies, OU structure).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Experience troubleshooting connectivity and remote access (VPN, RDP, SSH).
  • Familiarity with OS deployment tools and patch management systems.
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems (JIRA or similar ITSM tools).
  • Solid communication skills and ability to support users in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing print servers and implementing self-service printing solutions.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
  • Understanding of ITIL / ITSM practices.
  • Experience supporting meeting room technologies and AV equipment.
  • Intermediate+ English.
