Middle QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the stability and reliability of core fintech products. You will execute comprehensive manual and automated testing protocols, manage defect lifecycles, and validate system fixes across web and mobile platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an Agile environment and enjoys collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for frontend, backend, and mobile systems;
• Perform functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms;
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA and TestRail;
• Run existing automated test scripts and analyze results for defects or inconsistencies;
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify areas for automation coverage expansion;
• Contribute to test data setup and validation of test environments;
• Validate bug fixes and assess regression impact before releases;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews;
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of test results, reporting on test coverage and defect trends.

Requiremed;

• 3+ years of professional experience in Software QA or Software Development;
• Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies, with a foundational understanding of test automation;
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (specifically JIRA and TestRail);
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QA best practices, and Agile development frameworks;
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and documentation skills;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams;
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
