As a Mid Office Services Supervisor (F) within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you will sit in Strongsville, OH. Pittsburgh, PA or New York City may be considered but Strongsville, OH is preferred.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage a crucial group within the Middle Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The team you will be managing supports our sales and trading activities. This involves handling tasks such as order entry, order corrections, allocations, and settlement issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring these processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ability to solve problems efficiently and communicate effectively is also essential for this role.

Required Licensing
Finra SIE and 99 required
Finra 7 & 63 within a year


Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of management experience
Knowledge of brokerage operations
Knowledge of securities settlement
Knowledge of DTC ITP systems
Experience with external communication with customers
Knowledge of trade reporting
Problem solving

• Ensures all responsibilities are completed by assigned team in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures. Participates on the development and implementation of new processes.
• Monitors staff performance and the volume and distribution of work. Analyzes the complexity of work assigned.
• Designs and implements ongoing training, coaching and development for new and existing team members and internal partners as needed.

Job Description

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $124,150.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
