What this role is all about

As a Mid‑market Account Executive, you’ll be an individual contributor within our regional structure responsible for driving revenue growth in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment by selling Infobip’s products and services to a defined portfolio of accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities to close deals with Tier 2 / mid‑market clients.

  • Sell a defined subset of Infobip products and services directly or through partners, working from a targeted account list.

  • Collaborate with technical and product specialists when needed to build comprehensive solution proposals.

  • Forecast your pipeline accurately and develop account plans and strategies for your territory.

  • Present and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to each customer’s needs and use cases.

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals effectively and profitably.

  • Maintain long‑term client relationships, partnering with Mid‑market Account Managers to ensure account health and cross‑sell or renegotiate where appropriate.

What makes you a strong fit

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the technology sector.

  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate small and midsize enterprises and engage stakeholders at different levels within the account.

  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with both prospects and existing customers.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools to manage your pipeline and keep account information accurate and up to date.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
