As a Mid Market Account Executive at Carta, you'll sit within the Corporations business unit and introduce venture-backed executives and founders to our best-in-class software platform to help them streamline their equity management, stay compliant, and unlock liquidity in the private markets. This role will focus on selling equity and ESOP management services to mid-stage privately held companies, as well as Carta Total Compensation and Tax Advisory.

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$195,000 OTE in SF and NY [$43.75 per hour]
