The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA.

We are looking for an experienced Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations specialist to work with our Security Technology, Assessments, & Risk Compliance (STARC) team. In this role you will manage invoicing, administer physical access for contracted personnel, and coordinate daily operations between Security Technology and service providers while overseeing procurement and logistics.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly invoices for Enterprise contracted security service providers

  • Administration of Enterprise security contractor physical accesses

  • Coordination between Security Technology and contracted security service providers

  • Procurement and shipping of equipment and supplies

  • Travel coordination for Security Technology

  • Monitor and coordinate Security Technology support requests

  • Security Technology Business Integration, budget, and general office support

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain processes

  • Experience creating and facilitating business process workflows

  • Experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Ariba and enterprise procurement systems

  • Experience with communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Non-Boeing Administration Registry (N-BAR)

  • Experience with Extensive Plant Security System (EPSS)

  • Experience in communicating with management and personnel at all levels

  • Experience working independently and within a team environment

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
