This role will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations team focused on sustaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability for critical security controls across Boeing’s global identity fabric.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide technical solutions to enforce security requirements and policy compliance in a variety of IT environments and systems
Support in-depth troubleshooting across multiple technologies
Communicate with customer organizations and gather data to assist in the security implementation of emerging technologies
Investigate and analyze access and authorization, security application, network and system event logs to identify issues and provide problem resolution
Mentor technical staff on best practices along with promoting methods that systemically drive down security risk throughout the company
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with C/C++ coding or java/python script development
3+ years of experience in performing system administration tasks on Windows and Linux hosts including installing security patches and making configuration changes to support security requirements
3+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
3+ years of experience with cybersecurity automation, information protection, and risk management
3+ years of experience with leading Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Management activities
Willing to support a 24/7 on-call environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Technical and/or security certifications
Experience with zero trust
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Splunk, Wireshark, or other SIEM experience
Experience with coding/scripting experience (Python, Perl, PowerShell, C#, XML)
Experience with IT and cybersecurity risk fundamentals
Experience with security benchmarks Center for Internet Security (CIS) policy compliance and security frameworks and how it relates to technology implementation
Experience with at least one of the security standards/frameworks, e.g. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO27001, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Cloud Control Matrix (CCM)
Experience with operational and security requirements as relates to factory and building automation (ICS, IOT)
