We are seeking a mid-level analyst to facilitate implementation and onboarding activities across sites, focused on enhancing Operational Technology (OT) asset visibility. This role will be focused on partnering with on-site, cross-functional teams for deployment and integration activities, ensuring successful execution of critical path initiatives in alignment with business requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Support implementation and onboarding processes for OT environments across various sites and environment types to ensure comprehensive visibility and accurate documentation
Serve as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions within OT environments, meeting business and technical requirements as prescribed
Collaborate with asset owners to identify and assess existing OT assets and processes, facilitating the collection of relevant data for integration
Support the design and implementation of standardized procedures and best practices to streamline visibility efforts
Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless integration of data into existing management systems
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Material Management, Quality, Supplier Management, IT
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
3+ years of experience with technology development planning and execution in collaboration with government agencies, suppliers and partners
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Active government clearance or ability to obtain clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret)
Experience implementing new technologies at scale in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience with operational technology systems and their integration with IT environments
Experience with asset management, network infrastructure, and related technologies
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to onboard teams to new processes or technologies

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $126,500
