Our organization leverages data-driven advanced analytics to support key business decisions and leads digital transformation initiatives across Boeing Commercial Airplane programs through architecture, business integration, and digital thread activities.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.

The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to optimize manufacturing processes, improve IT operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. They will work closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large BCA datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and relevant insights
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through data analysis
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality
Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
3+ years of experience with SQL coding; experience using SAP BI tools and creating data visualizations (Tableau, Spotfire)
3+ years of experience using a variety of techniques and tools to analyze the data stored in databases, data warehouses and/ or data marts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Experience with ETL processes
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with analytical and problem-solving
Experience with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Summary pay range: $96,050 – $139,150
