In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of individual contributor roles within Mid Corporate Portfolio Management functional area with focus on delivering moderate to high complexity and risk products or services for stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Mid Corporate Portfolio Management functional area

  • Lead portfolio management teams by making strategic decisions to resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations to meet deliverables

  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk

  • Collaborate with and influence Specialized Industries Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers, as well as interact directly with external customers

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Specialized Industries Portfolio Management

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience underwriting in the Healthcare

  • Knowledge of capital markets and complex capital structures

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$215,000.00 - $355,000.00
