Microsoft Manager – Mexico

As Microsoft represents the largest Cloud Business Unit, accounting for nearly 45% of total cloud revenue, this role is at the heart of our growth strategy for the next decade.

We are looking for a Microsoft Manager for Mexico to lead the development, growth, and execution of our Microsoft cloud and Modern Work portfolio across the country.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Microsoft Cloud business (Azure, Modern Work, IaaS solutions) in Mexico.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Drive channel development and marketplace adoption.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, promoting execution excellence and results.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Systems, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies and commercial roles, preferably with Microsoft, AWS, or Google.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and business units.
• Strong background in IaaS, cloud marketplaces, and Modern Work solutions.
• Advanced English (required).
• Experience in IT, cloud, or technology-driven environments.
