Job Description:
As Microsoft Lead, Sales Manager Nordics at Ingram Micro, you will lead our Microsoft cloud business across the Nordic region — combining direct sales impact with the leadership of a growing team. This is a hybrid role where you drive results personally and through others, shaping both strategy and day-to-day execution.
You will own the commercial agenda for Microsoft while also holding budget responsibility for a strategic set of cloud vendors — driving performance across the full portfolio. With team leadership, partner activation, and execution at its core, this role is pivotal to our cloud strategy.
You will play a central role in expanding Ingram Micro’s Microsoft presence across the Nordics — helping us move beyond Sweden by identifying new growth pathways, challenging traditional distribution models, and accelerating strategic entry into priority markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the geographic expansion of our Microsoft cloud business across the Nordics — exploring alternative GTM strategies, establishing presence in new countries, and defining how we engage Microsoft partners beyond traditional distribution channels
- Lead the Nordic Microsoft business commercially — including full budget, profitability, and sales execution responsibilities across Microsoft and selected complementary cloud vendors
- Collaborate closely with our Alliance Manager to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution across all aspects of our Microsoft partnership — including active participation in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, surface co-sell opportunities, and drive commercial outcomes in the Nordic market.
- Identify and activate high-potential partners across the Nordic region, including cloud-native players and leading system integrators.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans with key partners — working closely with our Customer Success Managers to drive cloud adoption, bundle complementary services, and accelerate Microsoft ecosystem growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Nordic sales team — ensuring motivation, accountability, and consistent delivery in a fast-paced, partner-centric environment
- Introduce new sales motions across modern workplace, Azure, and AI services — aligning offerings with market opportunity
- Collaborate with marketing team to launch campaigns, enablement tracks, and incentive activations
- Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and partner performance via CRM and executive dashboards

Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud sales, partner management, or vendor-led go-to-market roles — with Microsoft focus
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget, sales performance, and multi-vendor portfolios
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s CSP model, co-sell frameworks, and Nordic cloud ecosystem
- Proven success in building and scaling strategic partner relationships
- Experience leading sales teams; capable of building trust, driving accountability, and managing performance
- Fluent in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages are advantageous
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales planning, and performance dashboards
