Our Team and Opportunity
The Financial Adviser Services (FAS) & Corporate Systems Technology team is responsible for:
Building and supporting the technology that connects our FAS Crew to Advisers, uplifting their value for the end client.
Engineering the Martech foundations that power Marketing’s ambition—turning strategy into scalable, personalised client experiences.
Developing our Contact Centre technology that provides exceptional client service.
Delivering Corporate Systems technology solutions across more than 15 business teams spanning 7 divisions.
As a Dynamics 365 Application Specialist supporting our Financial Adviser Services business, your focus is on delivering Sales and Customer Service functionality through the CRM. The role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery of business capability from requirements capture to solution delivery, training and support.
Responsibilities include:
Capturing business requirements and identifying underlying business needs.
Writing user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Designing solutions leveraging out-the-box Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capability.
Running iterative prototyping sessions with business stakeholders.
Collaborating with other Dynamics 365 teams to identify reuse of existing functionality or joint build opportunities for new reusable functionality.
Building Dynamics 365 functionality within managed solutions including:
Customizing entities, creating attributes, configuring forms, views and dashboards.
Configuring business rules, processes and Power Automate Flows.
Collaborating with global CRM Dev team on design, implementation and testing of functionality requirement development.
Collaborating with local and global business and technical teams to implement dependent capability.
Supporting the product owner with acceptance testing.
Providing production release support.
Produce business change collateral and deliver end-user training.
Providing post-go-live support to business users.
Ensuring overall CRM data quality standards are maintained by resolving data exceptions and improving processes.
Maintaining and updating CRM records as requested by the business.
Required knowledge and experience:
7 years’ experience in developing and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions, including business rules, processes and Power Automate Flows.
5 years Financial Services Experience beneficial.
Experience working in an Agile and Scrum teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with wider Power Platform capability and Power BI beneficial.
