Boeing Global Services (BGS) seeks a results-driven Support Services Project Management Specialist to lead sustainment efforts for the MH-139 program in Ridley Park, PA. In this high-impact role you will drive cross-functional execution of logistics, supply/maintenance support, technical data management, site activation, and transition planning to ensure operational readiness and long-term fleet sustainment. You will partner with internal program teams, customer stakeholders, suppliers, and maintenance organizations to execute sustainment strategies, resolve operational issues, and deliver successful activation or transition of new and existing sites.

This role requires working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support helicopter sustainment and mission readiness. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and cross-functional coordination, with proven ability to drive execution, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams to deliver timely, high-quality sustainment outcomes.

Work may be performed in office, hangar, warehouse, or operational site environments, and the role may require coordination across multiple locations and shifts. Occasional travel to support site activation, transition efforts, or sustainment activities is possible, and on-site presence may be required depending on program needs and operational demands.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead sustainment support integration for MH-139 helicopter operations, driving coordination among maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and maintain readiness
  • Manage support equipment requirements and lifecycle tracking to ensure availability and safe maintenance execution
  • Oversee wholesale and retail warehousing policies, inventory control, and material flow to support timely parts provisioning and spares management
  • Support and administer GOLD system activities for maintenance planning, asset visibility, and sustainment coordination
  • Plan and execute site activation and Integrated Contractor Support (ICS) transition efforts, coordinating logistics, facilities, staffing, and contractual programming to achieve operational fleet stand-up
  • Manage technical publications and configuration control: support maintenance and flight manual updates, monitor discrepancies, and ensure timely distribution and communication of revisions to affected users
  • Monitor supplier/subcontractor performance and service-level deliverables to ensure sustainment objectives and contractual compliance
  • Maintain program documentation, performance metrics, and readiness records to support reporting, audits, and long-term sustainment planning

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience in program management, project coordination, logistics/supply, sustainment, or aviation maintenance support
  • 5+ years’ experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and support time-sensitive program requirements
  • Experience supporting rotary-wing  or other weapon system supply support activities and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in program management, project coordination, logistics/supply, sustainment, or aviation maintenance support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with GOLD or similar logistics/maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of site activation, transition planning, and Integrated Contractor Support processes
  • Experience supporting technical publications or maintenance/flight manual documentation

Summary pay range: $126,650 - $171,350
