• Drive, participate, lead & implement cross-PMO improvements project in accordance with the PMO Roadmap.
• Pro-actively assisting, enabling and challenging all stakeholders to make OMT be flexible and quick response fab.
• Shape operations footprint & capabilities through benchmarking performances across sites and continue improvement projects.
• Provide accurate and real-time information to site/fab directors for the strategy direction.
• Support sustaining solutions are being implemented and safeguards OMT benefits and standardization.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate different projects/programs to achieve the business goals and objectives.
• Influence without authority and engaging with site operation team for win-win.
• Good in change management, stakeholder management & independent contributor.
• Advance knowledge of planning procedure and programs
• Create winning teams by living Micron values and building capabilities to support business needs.
