Join Micron Technology to be part of our transformative mission of enriching lives through information. We seek a dedicated MGR, F11 Process Engineering Dry Etch for our team in Taiwan, offering a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative work environment.

Our Engineering team is committed to delivering world-class solutions and flawless execution. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects through your proven expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Etch Process team to successfully implement engineering projects.
• Identify and consistently follow project deadlines, ensuring all achievements are reached.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and optimize etch processes.
• Analyze data to compete and improve process performance and yield.
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an associated field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is necessary.
• Experience with etch process development and optimization.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and invention of experiments (DOE).
• Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented setting.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
